You can track your application by navigating to the Track Application page from the main menu. Enter your unique 12-character alphanumeric Tracking ID (e.g. CCN123456789) and click 'Track'.

Processing times vary depending on the department and the nature of the request. Generally, it takes between 3 to 7 business days for an initial review. You can monitor the real-time status via your dashboard or the tracking page.

  • Submitted: Your application has been received successfully.
  • Pending: Awaiting assignment to an officer.
  • Under Review: Being evaluated by the concerned department.
  • Approved: The request has been accepted.
  • Completed: All actions are finished.
  • Closed: The ticket is formally closed.

Currently, submitted applications cannot be edited directly to ensure data integrity. If you made a mistake, please use the Contact Us page or submit a new application and reference the old tracking ID.
